2026 Blue Quail Ridge Pool Rules
POOL ACCESS
- Valid 2026 BQR Pool Tag is required for entry.
- Only homeowners current on HOA dues may use the pool.
- All homeowners and guests must sign in with name and address.
- Children under 16 may NOT sign in other children. Sign-in must be completed by an adult homeowner or responsible person age 16+.
- Swim at your own risk.
- The HOA, Northwest Pool Management, and pool staff are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
- Lifeguards have full authority to enforce all pool rules.
CHILDREN & SAFETY
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible person age 16 or older.
- During the final 10 minutes of each hour, all swimmers under age 16 must exit the pool for a safety break.
- Children not potty-trained must wear approved swim diapers.
- No persons with open wounds or contagious illnesses may enter the pool.
- No swimming during lightning, thunder, or hazardous weather.
POOL CONDUCT
- No running, horseplay, pushing, or unsafe behavior.
- No smoking or vaping inside the pool fence.
- Alcohol must be enjoyed responsibly.
- No glass containers inside the pool area.
- No food or drinks within 6 feet of the water.
- Please dispose of trash properly.
- Un-hemmed cutoff shorts are not permitted.
GUESTS & PRIVATE PARTY RESERVATIONS
- Outside guests are limited to two guests per household.
- No private parties during normal pool hours, on Mondays, or on holidays.
- Residents are responsible for lifeguard fees, cleanup, and trash disposal.
- All parties must end by 10:00 PM.
- Reservations must be submitted through the HOA website. Please do not contact lifeguards directly.
2026 Pool Reservation Hours
Tuesday: 10 AM–12 PM & 8 PM–10 PM
Wednesday: 8 PM–10 PM
Thursday: 10 AM–12 PM
Friday: 10 AM–12 PM & 8 PM–10 PM
Saturday: 10 AM–12 PM & 8 PM–10 PM
