Congratulations to the Hobbs family on 154th Street for receiving the July Yard of the Month award.  We know it takes constant attention and effort to cultivate such a beautiful lawn and attractive beds.  The HOA thanks you for making our community beautiful!

Did you know you can reserve the pool for private parties after the regular pool hours?  Neighbors gathered Friday evening for a relaxing mix and mingle.  Residents joined together and hosted their own private community event with a minimal entrance fee to cover the costs.  Friday’s float fest was their 2nd evening Adult Swim of the season.  There is already anticipation of a 3rd event in August!  If you’re interested in participating, leave your name and number with the lifeguard, so someone can contact you.  

The HOA hosted the first Movie Night 🎥 of the summer Wednesday evening.  Swimmers were motivated to splash around under the stars while watching Finding Dory.  The next Movie Night  is planned for Saturday, August 19, beginning at 8:00 pm. 🕗   Come on out to the pool and enjoy the fun!

We’re excited to honor Mr. Thomas on 153rd St. as recipient of our Yard of the Month for June.  His hard work to cultivate an incredible landscape, not only created pleasing aesthetics for his own home, but also contributed to the overall beauty of our neighborhood.  Congratulations, Mr. Thomas, and thank YOU!
