City Code Violations – YOU can report to the City!!
Please read this article – the information is taken from the City of Oklahoma City website. Did you know that the HOA has no jurisdiction to enforce city codes, such as storage of Big Blue (did you know that according to the city code, it only needs to be stored at the side or rear of a home, not behind a fence as is commonly thought)? This article gives the most common code and the section of the Municipal Code for each violation.
