After the HOA receives your check, you will be notified that your reservation is confirmed, and your event will be placed on the calendar. Your check will not be cashed by the HOA, but rather will be held until the site is inspected following your event. If the area is fully cleaned up with all trash in the receptacles, no debris left behind, and no damages to the facilities, your deposit will be returned to you. If our management crews charge the HOA for additional clean up resulting from your event, your Security Deposit will be cashed by the HOA. Pictures will be taken to justify the action.
